Narcisa était une de nos premières instructice puisqu’elle enseignait avant même que notre centre soit officiellement ouvert....

Narcisa was one of our first instructors, since we had our pre-opening studio, and we are so grateful to have had her part of our team thus far.....

Fat loss is the #1 goal of the majority of trainees, and is still widely misconceived.  In this camp, the focus is on shedding unwanted weight in time for summer and developing long-term strategies that promote a lean lifestyle.  Practical weight training techniques and energy system protocols specifically tailored for fat loss will be emphasized so the students can leave the training camp with practical knowledge to apply in their own training regimes.a
